Congratulations! You’ve completed your Marketing Onboarding!
Thank you for sending us everything we need to curate a beautiful and meaningful social media feed for you. We now have everything we need, and we are able to get started putting together your first month of content. It typically takes us 2-3 weeks to curate content for your first month of posts after you have completed your onboarding.
Additional Requests
Your account manager will keep you posted and you may receive some additional questions that we need answers to via email. If you receive a question from your social media manager, please reply as fast as you can. If you don’t hear from her, no news is good news!
What’s next?
We typically create your content in two steps.
Step No. 1 | Visual Content Creation
The first step is visual content creation. In this step we will put together the visuals for your feed. Your account manager will send over your visuals to approve prior to working on captions and hashtags to make sure we are on the right track. If you have change requests, please let your account manager know!
Step No. 2 | Captions, Geo-Tags & Hashtags
After you approve your visuals, your account manager will start working on captions, Geo-Tags, and hashtags.
Your Content Review Meeting
Once everything is ready, your account manager will reach out to you to schedule your Content Review Meeting. During this meeting, you’ll be able to walk through your first month of posts, ask your account manager any questions about the content you have, and ask for any changes to captions if you have them.
Once this step is complete, we set your content to begin posting, and start working on Month 2 of content.
