MARKETING WITH ERICA POWELL & CO. | STEP 4/5 ↓

Please watch the video and answer the questions below!

During Step 4 we will be collecting your photos and videos if you have them to share with us. Based on your business, you might fall into 1 of the 3 following scenarios below. Please follow the steps for your scenario.

Scenario No. 1 | You don’t have photos or videos to share

If you do not have any photos of you, work you’ve done, or videos to share with us, then you can skip this video and this step in our onboarding process. If this is the case for you, we can create graphics for your account, however we highly recommend working with Workplay Branding to be able to give us more personalized and exclusive photos and videos to add into your marketing content. If you are interested in learning more about working with Workplay branding, please email [email protected] and I will fill you in on what you need to know.

Scenario No. 2 | You’ve worked with us for website design

If you worked with us for branding and website design, and we have access to your photos and videos already from the content collection phase of website onboarding, then we will also ask you to skip this step of onboarding. We will be working with the photos and videos we already have of yours for the first month of marketing.

Once we have curated your first month of marketing posts, we will reach out to you to see if you have any new galleries to add to the galleries we already have for you and share how to add them.

If we already have access to your images and videos from your website project with us, please submit the form below to let your account manager know that this step of onboarding is complete.

Scenario No. 3 | We need to collect photos and video from you

If you have project or event galleries to share with us and we do not already have access to them (i.e. you did not work with us for website design or have not given us access to your galleries yet), then we will need to collect your photos and videos prior to creating your content. If this is the case for you, your account manager will be sending you two very important things:

  1. Access to a Dropbox folder for your company

Please add 5 of your favorite galleries to this folder, each within their own project or event folder. Name your Dropbox folder with an event or project name that will always be the reference name for this project or event. You may add up to 300 images per gallery.

  1. A Google Doc for Your Galleries

Your account manager will also be sending you a link to your own Google Doc to keep your credits and Geo-Tags for each event or project. Please make sure to name your gallery on the Google Doc with the same name you have chosen for the corresponding Dropbox folder. This way we will be able to clearly understand which gallery each set of credits belongs to. Adding credits for creative partners can help you to reach more viewers or accounts if your creative partners reshare your posts, and it will create goodwill with your creative partners, encouraging them to tag you back. If you do not wish to credit any creative partners, please add your Geo-tags if you wish for us to use them

Please note, please use the Dropbox folder and Google Doc sent to you by your account manager. If she has not sent these links to you yet, please wait to complete this step until she does!.

Once you have added your first 5 galleries to your Dropbox and have added your credits and Geo-Tags to your Google Doc, please submit the form below to let your account manager know that this step of onboarding is complete.
